Welcome to Married By Design. How are you doing through 2020? What are the things you’ve been thinking about and focusing on and what has been the effect of that focus on your heart and in your attitudes? That’s what we’re going to be looking at on this episode of Married By Design. We have to begin to practice things differently in our lives if we expect to navigate through the challenges of this year and look to 2021. We need to think about what we think about. Our mind is a powerful thing and God has given us the ability to think and reason in order to handle the issues of life and really trust him. What we think about does make a difference.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to set aside some time with your spouse and discuss the things that have been captivating your thought life over the last week. Good things or bad things? Things that build up or things to tear down? That could be a great start to actually being conscious of where you set your mind during the week as preparation for the shift to control your mind and setting it on the best things.
