This week Kevin and I are joined by Charlie Brown of Next Rung. Charlie is a Firefighter Paramedic with Glendale Fire. He is a husband and a father and is a co-founder of Next Rung. Next Rung is a nonprofit that exists to help people in the First Responder community deal with difficult or traumatic experiences. Charlie is clearly passionate about mental health and his work through Next Rung is having a positive impact in people's lives across the Nation. Don't miss this one!
