Having a chance to talk with Fred Tomczyk, a Canadian business leader is truly a gift. Fred was a Senior Vice-President at London Life when he was 32 and rose to be CEO. He was Vice-Chair of TD Bank and CEO of Ameritrade in New York City arriving at that job just in time for the 2008 financial crises. Fred shares insights from his stellar career. He provides advice for people growing in their career and has interesting things to say about change management.
