Nichole left her home in the U.S. and moved to Finland in 2015. She is a Marketing and Business grad with a passion for baking. She combined these skills to create and introduce her company 'Americana Cakes & Sweets' to Finnish people. As is typical of solopreneurs, Nichole does everything from marketing to inventory control, managing her website and baking the wonderful desserts which make people happy.
