On this weeks’ podcast, I am going with that beautiful golden thread of the “bucket lists”, I am kind of intrigued with the idea and currently working on my own.
I found a very lovely person, a friend of my one of my dearest friends, to speak with and gain some insight on these lists..
The amazing and charming Edd Stone joins me from the UK(!!!) in strict lockdown to discuss why he began a list and what is on it – a sneak peek of his list is below.. one thing we agree on is that we don’t like the term “bucket list” because the focus should be on what we each do here while we are alive not trying to run a race to do thing before we die.. it is kind of the same thing but I think that the slight difference is really important!
We decided to call the list “things that make me happy”, as a kind of working title of lists until we come up with something better!
What makes YOU excited in this world????!!!

Below are a couple of comments about living with intent and “buckets lists”
“I do not have a bucket list... I feel I'm right where I need to be. I feel like I've lived such a full and amazing life already and the rest is a bonus. I'm just showing up every day for my family, practicing gratitude, and living my life in such a way that I can stay the happy and healthy person I already am.”.
“I don’t have a bucket list either. My life is so different than, It was before in terms of how I spend my time. Same values and I can’t really explain the shifts – but they have been so good.”
You are the best listeners in the world, I hope this week's episode gives you more ideas about living life fully, with intent and joy!
