Description

Seventy-eight seconds of Issue 68, the Cleveland School Levy.

Eric Gordon and Mayor Jackson stated in 2012, as per the Cleveland Plain Dealer, they would not seek another school levy if there were no significant gains with the Cleveland Plan.  According to the Ohio Department of Education, CMSD has remained at an F and D grading scale for the last eight years.  They haven't met any benchmarks - the marks have hit them with failing performances!

There have been little to no "gains, and the bare minimum is far from great.

Again, keeping them at their word, why are they asking for a tax increase - another school levy when they have already proved to us repeatedly that they can't hit the mark?
