I have learned a of what not to do over my 20 years of training.  Here are 5 uniques trouble areas and a tip to help you in them for your snatch.

When I first started snatching I tried using the 10,000 hour rule.  Put in the time and I will get so good!

If I just keep doing the movement I am bound to get better.  Well, they don't tell you how slow that actually occurs.  I was so frustrated that I kept doing all the same things wrong.

And they don't tell you that you can't figure out how to fix this crazy advanced movement when you don't know what you are doing.  How was I supposed to fix what I didn't even know I was doing wrong.

I learned I had to do a lot more things than just the movement to improve better  faster.
