Description

Taking on new approaches can be daunting. In this episode, Caroline talks about muscle memory and how we can apply it in the business world. She shares with us her experience as a classically trained flautist and piccolo player, and reflects on how strong the analogy of learning an instrument is with developing ourselves in other ways. She gives us tips on how to overcome the challenges of taking on new approaches or adopting different styles when they might not feel exactly authentic. Caroline also shares her learnings from the late Mark Hemstedt, as she highlights the themes of repetition and ‘little and often’ when implementing new learning.
