In today's episode, we meet Joe Marshall and learn of his passion for loving people, how he got from the US to Australia, and God's called to the missionary life.
Not unlike many of you when Joe received direction from God, he wasn't so sure God had picked the right guy (or the right place). Fortunately, there's a lovely woman involved in Joe's story, who was key to God's calling.
Joe shares examples of cultural differences between what he grew up experiencing and the cultural norms he's been living in for the past two decades in Australia.
Some of those cultural shifts include language barriers, societal shifts, and everyday church life activities.
