I don't know about you, though thought's like 'What if i'm not good enough?' / 'Why can't I get it right?' / 'What's wrong with me?' can creep into my mind often. Though is this kind? What happens when we have these thoughts regularly? Here's a new perspective I'm confident you haven't heard before. It really helped me to question these thoughts & stop shaming myself as often.
