Cookbooks... everyone one seems to write them, including Nostradamus, but are they any good? This week Phil and Barbara gather their best culinary resources and work their way through a long list. Phil's wife Jeanette, a quiet New Yorker, gives Phil her own list and makes her contribution from the stall.
The abundance of influences are apparent as they work through regions, types, restaurants, genuine master-chefs and a few 'off the wall' types. To round out the segment they give their recommendations in a rapid fire summary.
