Description

While Australian's were first introduced to corn chips in the very late 70's, they have been a thing in the US since 1930. It appears not wanting to waste product brought about their inception.

While we are familiar with a couple of triangled varieties its not surprising to discover how many forms they take. What is surprising is to hear about the various way they can be used as an ingredient. Phil and Barbara can be pretty inventive with food.

Corn chips are sold in 45+ countries and the place with the oddest flavour combos is... Japan. We found 14 different varieties there. The guys forget to mention Coconut Curry and Shrimp Mayonnaise, but you'll need to listen to hear the other 12.
