Seems like a no-brainer, right? Well, as we’ve discussed in other episodes, understanding our cycles is a gaping hole in much of the health and wellness space. Fitness is no different. 

In this episode we cover:

Shannon & Kat have both been active in the training industry for over a decade. As they started training more clients who menstruate, they realized no one was talking to clients about how their cycles are impacting their workouts, nutrition rest and recovery.  

So they came up with the solution, Lifts & Cycles: a 12 week program that teaches women how to plan their workouts, nutrition, rest, and recover according to their menstrual cycles.
