Maya Angelou provides a great recipe to thriving and not surviving: "My mission in life is not merely to survive but thrive; and to do so with some passion, some humour and some style."

This second episode of the special series called Elevate Your Energy draws on Angelou's insight (although there's no style advice!).  Following on from the previous episode in the series, Ann delves further into why "me time" rarely helps in the long term and why focusing on time management requires a different approach if we want to elevate our energy and feel less emotionally exhausted.
