A lot of people only work out when they feel like it. 

Many people only work out when they feel like it or when they convince themselves to do it regardless. 

Very few people do work out every time they're scheduled to work out. 

And the same thing happens to eating healthy, sleeping enough, and any other activity that's gonna put you closer to your fitness goals.
