We all deal with stress to some degree. 

And the thing is that stress is not necessarily a bad thing. It is actually physiologically necessary for us to make progress. 

It helps us build muscle, lose fat, learn, get promotions, attract our ideal partner, etc. 

But an excess of unmanaged stress can also be super detrimental. 

It's been shown that chronic stress is one of the main drivers of diabetes, heart diseases, high blood pressure, and many other medical conditions.
