Here's the thing, when we don't have any results to show for our effort it can get frustrating, but when we do, sometimes it gives us anxiety about keeping them.

That used to be me.
And pretty much every other fit guy you ever face.
We all go through that phase.
And in all honesty, is a make-or-break phase, the way you handle it mentally will determine if you end up staying fit for the rest of your life and continue to make progress year after year, or if you'll lose it all and end up even worse than where you were.
Dramatic?
Maybe.
But I've seen it way too many times.
