Jason became a member of  The Real Fitness Fam 6 months ago and ever since his life has changed dramadically.

Not only did he lost a bunch of fat (check out the episode to hear about our experience with the scale lol), but he improved his relationship with food, got more energy, and even gained enough confidence in his body and himself to land a better job.

Jason has not only become a role model and a leader in our community, but he's super committed to helping others in numerous ways. He has started different initiatives like co-hosting Sober Solution Podcast, his Non-Profit organization, and even getting educated on Psychology to be able to help even more people.

Jason is an example of what a "busy schedule" looks like. And still, with the right plan, he was able to succeed physically and mentally.
