Dr. Bihr is a seasoned educator and thought-leader driving change and advancing diversity, equity and inclusion through education. When she's not leading her team of educators at TGR Foundation - A Tiger Woods Charity, she can be found teaching as an adjunct instructor at her alma mater, the University of Southern California or sharing her experience and expertise on air, on stage or on screen at public appearances from Southern California to Warsaw, Poland and beyond.
Although her rise as a leader in education includes a college golf career at California State University, Long Beach, her years of teaching and leadership as a school principal equipped her with the skills and experience to lead Tiger Woods' iconic flagship TGR Learning Lab in Anaheim, CA.
As its first employee, Dr. Bihr has led the substantial growth and impact of the foundation's education initiatives throughout the last 15+ years including STEM and college-access programs, in addition to educator professional development in the U.S. and abroad.
