Lisa joined Google in 2010. She founded and leads Grow with Google, the company’s $1-billion commitment to create economic opportunity for all. Since 2017, her and her team have helped over 6 million Americans grow their skills, careers, and businesses. Lisa also runs marketing for the Americas, and led marketing for the ads and commerce business globally for nine years. Lisa has more than 30 years of experience, including time spent at P&G, Intuit, and startups.

The Anaheim Union High School District offers three Google Career Certificates in the fields of Data Analytics, IT Support, and Project Management--fields that are projected to grow over the next 10 years. This is the first partnership with Google and a public school district in the nation to offer these online certificates, which prepare students for entry-level roles in high-growth fields with no experience required.

Designed and taught by Google employees, each certificate is available on Coursera and includes over 150+ practice and graded assessments, quizzes, or writing assignments to ensure rigor and mastery. As stackable credentials, the certificates can be credited toward a four-year degree at select colleges and universities, and are available in 100 community colleges in the U.S. Graduates can also submit their resume to an employer consortium of over 130 companies, including California-based employers such as Coursera, Infosys, and of course, Google.
