Based on Martha Beck's "The Way of Integrity", we examine where we prevent ourselves from bringing satori or peace in our lives and why. Usui Sensei, discovered Reiki as a way to accomplish Satori or perfect peace. We can also use Reiki to bring this into different aspects of our lives.
