About Sarah Tabet
Sarah Tabet is an advocate for Diversity and Inclusion (D&I). She is a frequent speaker at regional and local conferences on the topic of diversity and inclusion and she has recently published the book “Inclusion Starts with U”. She is an HR professional with more than a decade of well-rounded multinational experience in human resources. She is currently based in Dubai and provides global strategic HR leadership support, executive coaching, and business partnering to senior leaders in multiple geographies (Europe, US, India, and China). Sarah has led the D&I agenda in Schneider Electric for the Middle East and Africa Region and is an advocate of this topic globally, and has also been featured in several publications related to HR, personal development, and D&I topics.
