This is an old podcast we did a few years ago! Run Amazing Utah used to be called "The Body Smart Vodcast." It's funny because when Cameron interviewed Logan, they didn't know each other very well! We all know Logan really well now! We work with him at the Utah Running Shop in Ogden every Friday! He's so much fun to work with! He's an incredibly talented runner, too! Body Smart is at the Utah Running Shop in Ogden every Friday from 11:00am-2:30pm doing free screenings for runners!
