Ruben Greth has a popular podcast about raising money for multifamily syndication called the Capital Raiser Show where he learns from the best multifamily syndicators in the country. He is a Capital Manager for Bakerson and does marketing, brand awareness and capital raising for the company who has syndicated and gone full cycle on 850 units in AZ. He started by raising 650K of joint venture money from social media to buy small multifamily deals in Phoenix during the real estate crash. Since starting the show he has raised an addition 575K through Co-GP’s and is learning methods to build an LP database of investors. He has his bachelors degrees from Arizona State University in Chemistry and Spanish.
