Dr. Jeff Sindelar, professor and Extension Meat Specialist in the Meat Science and Animal Biologics Discovery program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, explains how revamping research facilities are expanding the learning experience for meat science students. He also notes that these upgraded campus complexes are helping to drive new ways of thinking and planning for the next generation of R&D professionals in addition to attracting prospects toward this specific track within the meat industry.
