In Ep. 101, Dr. Jada Thompson from the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture discusses what the spread of highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) throughout 2022 is likely to mean to the structure of the poultry industry supply chain as well as to poultry production in the short and long term.
