Having taken over the Stirling-based software company in 2017 – at the impressively tender age of 27 – Dale has overseen some impressive growth for their flagship product, Suite CRM. Dubbed the world’s most popular open-source CRM, it has been downloaded more than a million times, has an estimated 4.5 million users around the world and is available in 69 languages. Impressive stuff!
Michael and Dale discuss the growth plans for Suite CRM, together with Dale’s meteoric progression from graduate intern to business leader in just a few short years. Of course, 2020 has offered plenty of challenges for tech leaders, but it’s also been a big year for Dale and his family, with the birth of his baby daughter Elsie. (Congrats Dale!)
