- Is this important to me?
- What do I want? Why do I want it?
- Will it save me time, energy, money?
- Will this help me relationally?
- What does aligned energy look like for me?
- Is there anything I would like to do differently?
- What do I want to say no to?
- Make time to look back at previous decisions and notice what worked, what didn't work, and what you would do differently.
