This week on the podcast, Kelly shares the 2nd session from the Goal Settng Reset workshop. This session will focus on tools tohelp all of us achieve productivity in a peaceful manner.

Main points: 

• Productivity should not come at the cost of mental or physical health; instead, it should resonate with personal energy levels. 

• Visualize your long-term goals for the next  three to five years and identify smaller, manageable goals to reach them.

•  Recognize what responsibilities realistically align with current energy. It is ok to say to no when you do not have enough energy to say yes.
