What trajectory is your life taking? We all want to perform at a high level. We set goals, and develop routines that will take us where we want to go. But what happens when something throws us off the path we’ve set for ourselves? When you’re on top of your game, it’s easy to feel like one or two setbacks can majorly change the trajectory of your conceptualized success. Life can get busy - we miss workouts, slack off on assignments, eat junk food, drink too much, etc. But are you doing more good than bad? Are you productive more often than not? Are you eating healthy more days than you’re eating junk food? Life is a game of averages. We cannot operate at peak performance levels all the time.
