Matthew talks about how to reframe the way you think about time, the compound effect of chipping away at something a little bit at a time, and how to find flow in any daily activity. Taking care of your mindset is a crucial piece of this practice - negative thoughts tend to remain at bay when we have a curious, optimistic, and grateful mindset.
