The mind and body were meant to be trained in unison, with each enhancing the benefits of the other.  When the mind is stimulated during exercise, the body searches for more efficient movement and functionality. Movement energizes the brain, when done intentionally. 

In this week's episode, Kyle, Matthew and Roddy break down how cannabis and exercise can unlock new levels of efficiency and productivity for your fitness, life and work. 

Roddy and Matthew describe how using cannabis before their workouts heightens their senses, and helps them move more in tune with the unique rhythm of their bodies, which leads to more functional movement.
