In this week’s Saturday Strategy Session, we’re talking about how a spin class relates to marketing, specifically running Facebook Ads. Even though I’m a runner, I began attending spin classes last winter as an alternative to running during the cold winter months. I quickly fell in love with the early morning workouts and saw the positive impact it made on my life! 

After 8 months of weekly class attendance, I began to realize how spin compares to the different aspects of marketing, such as the importance of focusing on you and not comparing yourself to others, remaining consistent, and the idea that marketing is just one part of a larger picture. From my initial first-timer nerves, to becoming more accustomed to the workout and environment over time, tune in and hear how my spin journey parallels with getting started in running Facebook ads!
