2oz Empress Gin
.5oz Grenadine
.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Ginger Beer
Lychee (I found a can of peeled Lycees at Tokyo Central in Costa Mesa))
Blueberry

Shake gin, grenadine and juice over ice. Pour into coupe glass and top with ginger beer. Stuff lychee with a blueberry then skewer  to make an eyeball garnish.
