Description

Sometimes it is called "dirty pain."  All of us experience pain, but when we start compounding our thoughts and fighting reality, the pain we feel stops serving a purpose and becomes debilitating.

Also, we talk about what thought-work looks like for someone who struggles with depression and anxiety.  Evan gives several study recommendations including the work of Byron Katie and Eckhart Tolle and the amazing workbook Feeling Great by David Burns.
