I don’t know about you, but I’m determined to make 2021 a better year than this one. Setting intentions, goals, and reviewing business practices are a big part of that process. Magic happens when we focus on the part of ourselves and our business that brings us joy. It helps when our business structure, team, and strategy are created with as much space as possible for us to do what we most enjoy and what comes naturally.
