Melanie launched She Built It™ in 2015 after years of experience in management and business development selling millions of dollars in products and services for Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurs - Marriott Hotels, AT&T, and the Los Angeles Dodgers to name a few.
Melanie learned the importance of finding work that she enjoyed when she accepted her first job at the age of 15. She made her first major life leap when she moved to Los Angeles at the age of 19 without knowing a single person who lived there because she wanted more opportunity. Even though she was fearful, she made the leap and found the confidence to figure it out along the way. She supported herself working a full time job while also attending college full time. This taught her grit and gratitude, and the experience carried into all other aspects of her work and life. She became a Regional Sales Manager for a Fortune 500 company by the age of 25, managing sales teams from Los Angeles to San Diego and has been making career and life leaps ever since. When her twins were born, after hours of sitting in the nursery with her family that she loves, she decided she was ready for another leap. She created and launched She Built It™ a Membership Community, Shop, Podcast, and Coaching platform.
