The preservation of our democratic republic depends upon what the Holy Bible refers to as The Law of the Harvest. That which ye sow, ye shall also reap. Paul in Galatians 6 says the following, “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. 8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. 9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”
According to James, the Law of Liberty is The Ten Commandments. Any violation of the Ten Commandments reduces freedom and leads to bondage. All evils in the world are caused by violation of the Ten Commandments. Simply imagine the kind of world we would live in if people did not steal, did not kill, did not bear false witness, did not commit adultery, or did not covet. If they honored their father and their mother. If they loved the Lord with all their hearts and their neighbor as themselves.
