On this weeks episode, Chief Freitag and Chief Feddema describe the two parallel tracks CAFMA is on to address the ambulance transport crisis plaquing the quad cities, as well as many other areas in the state. Track one is CAFMA’s application for a Certificate of Necessity (CON) to run transport ambulances. Track two is working with the Arizona fire service on legislation to reform the CON statute.
