Vicki shares with us the Emotional Mastery Technique.  She shares that when you have a feeling or thought, identify where you feel that in your body.  For example, anxiety could be felt in your chest, your heart rate might change, your hands might sweat.  Once you identify those things, allow yourself to accept what is happening, accept how you feel.  Most emotions will pass in 90 seconds.  If we know there is an end to this feeling, 90 seconds, it will be easy to release that emotion.
