As a young child Lauren Smith was diagnosed with anxiety and depression and it continued into her 20’s. It was crippling and even led to a suicide attempt in college. She found that it not only effected her directly, but effected every relationship she had.

During the covid isolation she started studding mindfulness and it transformed the way she thought about her anxiety and depression.

She took this new found information and stated to apply it to her dating life. She started being more kind with herself and being able to lessen her anxiety.
