Britt Jones had a life altering event when both of her parents died within a few months of each other. That experience had her reexamine her life and how she wanted the rest of it to be. She found that she was moving through the motions of the day and continuing day in and day out because it is what she has always done. She needed her focus to change so she started creating a life that she is now in love with.
Britt has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 20 years and she’s also a certified Reiki Master. Through yoga and meditation, she helps her clients achieve a pain-free body and a peaceful mind. And by weaving together movement, stillness, energy healing and balancing the chakras, she empowers them to finally and unapologetically make time for their health, well-being and spiritual journey.
