Julie Hejza shares with us what yoga is beyond the poses.  The poses in yoga is only one of 8 limbs of yoga.  Through yoga philosophy we learn that being kind to other is just as important to being kind with ourselves.  What messages are we sending to ourselves through our thoughts?  Can we be authentically ourselves if we are sending negative messages?  

In this conversation, we talk about many things including how to incorporate yoga and yoga philosophy into our daily life, how parenting is different then when we grew up and the challenges that come with that as well as how to treat yourself with love and compassion.  Julie and I discuss these as well as other topics that come from the foundations of yoga in our society today.

life with others.
