Self care doesn't have to be hard...Melinda talks with us about taking care of yourself and recommends just 5 minutes a day.  We don't often take time to take care of ourselves and 30 minutes or more may seem too overwhelming. What can you do in 5 minutes for yourself everyday?  Pick one thing or make a list.

She has also become an advocate for herself and her health and shares with us how she is living with lyme disease and the natural solutions she has found that helps.
