A fun tour of the skills and spaces we’ve been learning about in this Season Three of Miriam’s Meditations. A gentle breath practice clears and cleanses us within. We recognize the work we’ve done with our breath over time and how our breathing may have changed. A tour of Physical Ease, Emotional Flow and Mental Fluidity allows us to notice how we’ve shifted our perspectives, discarded or updated old belief patterns and disentangled emotions from thoughts to bring us to this new state of fluidity. We recognize our energy body of light and receive a transmission of Higher Frequencies from Source. A gentle return brings a sparkling, twinkling Light gift.
