When we breathe in our practice, we open to our deeper being. We all want to know who we are, and on this deeper level we are our Divine Self. The Divine Self is us. It is our expanded, greater being. As we slow down, breathe with our practice, our Divine Self and our everyday self blend, come into oneness. We can ask questions, listen for wisdom, allow challenges to resolve. When we return from practice, the Divine Self awareness can linger, bringing meaning and grace to our everyday world. Gratitude to all of you for practicing with me, with all of us here.
