Description

This episode is all about breath. We’ll be practicing lying down so get a firm pillow for your head, one for under your knees and a light blanket for your body. An eye pillow or a folded washcloth over your eyes will make things peaceful. We explore the Complete Breath, Balanced Breathing and how to create space in the body. We also recognize the nourishment that is Breath and welcome our Soul’s support in offering our Gifts to the world. Join us!
