Emotions are essential and powerful. We need emotions to magnetize things to us and to motivate our personality. So a free-flowing emotional body is a wonderful way to use that emotional energy. This practice begins with noticing our emotional state and calling to mind a recent strong emotional event. We notice also the connection to our mental body, and set about working at an energy level to untangle the web between the mental state and the emotional body. This allows the two to work independently and not perpetuate distress in either body. From there we connect to the High Holy Heart near the heart chakra, receiving the light and blessing of this sacred heart. Surrounded by the love of the Divine Mother, we are soothed and nourished.
