Description

Using our hands, we explore all parts of the breathing space. Taking advantage of nerve channels that align with the parts of our breathing space, we press the fingertips together, opening and bringing new spaciousness to our lungs and ribs. We finish by doing a little self-massage on the rib cage and diaphragm, making room for fresh vitality and energy.
