Description

Our breath is a source of essential flow. We live in a sea of fluid air, which supports our being. Using this flow we identify and amplify a project, relationship or body part that is fluid and strong. From this knowing, we take the time to find the fluidity in it, bringing heart energy to this. When we do this practice we expand the divine energy, the divine pattern of what we are focused upon. From this that is going well, we touch upon something that could use more flow: a body part that is ailing, a relationship or project that seems stuck. We use this divinely flowing energy to enhance that which is less fluid in the moment.
